Refunds and Returns


You do not have a legal right to a refund or replacement on items purchased/collected in store just because you have changed your mind however, we may consider exchanging for an item of at least the same value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items which have obvious signs of use.
  • Any brand new items that are no longer in a cellophane wrapping.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery/collection.


Online Orders – You have 14 days to cancel your on-line order that was posted to you. You then have a further 14 days to return it to us by the methods listed below.

Faulty Items

If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase or collection in store then we can offer you a full refund, a replacement item or store credit.

If your item becomes faulty, through no fault of your own, within 6 months of purchase then we can offer a repair or a replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible then we can offer a refund. After this time (up to 6 years) we may be able to offer a partial refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and, where applicable, be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

To return your product, you should mail your product or call in to:-

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
